2 Callison Tighe attorneys included in Super Lawyers 2016
COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA – Two Callison Tighe attorneys are highlighted in Super Lawyers 2016, the newest edition of an annual publication recognizing attorneys across more than 70 practice areas.
Super Lawyers selected Michael Tighe and Demetri “Jim” Koutrakos after a thorough evaluation that assessed nominees based on 12 indicators. The Super Lawyers selection process includes stringent evaluations from attorneys in the same practice areas plus independent research. Only about 5 percent of the nominated attorneys are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers each year.
Tighe, one of the firm’s founders and its managing member, was recognized in real estate law. He concentrates his practice on real estate related litigation. His clients include title insurers and their insureds, as well as major developers and lenders. He has been included in five consecutive editions of Super Lawyers.
Koutrakos was included in business litigation. His practice includes assisting clients with a variety of property disputes as well as title insurance cases. Title insurance companies frequently call upon him to provide coverage opinions.
