Callison Tighe rings in $634 for annual Salvation Army campaign

COLUMBIA, SC – Callison Tighe & Robinson attorneys and staff bundled up and warmed up their bell-rining arms, bringing in $634 for The Salvation Army of the Midlands as they spent a week staffing the organization’s famous red holiday kettles at locations throughout Columbia.

The bell ringers were all volunteers, and they were allowed to volunteer on company time. The Callison Tighe effort came at a time when The Salvation Army was in danger of falling seriously short of its goal for the seasonal fund drive, which continues through Dec. 31. Donors still can contribute at http://www.doingthemostgood.org/

Callison Tighe’s bell-ringing was part of the firm’s continuing commitment to donate both time and money to help those less fortunate during the holiday season. Callison Tighe also made a $10,000 contribution to Harvest Hope Food Bank, marking the third consecutive year the firm has reached out to the less-fortunate in the Midlands.
