Callison Tighe & Robinson again included in 2026 Best Law Firms® rankings
Callison Tighe & Robinson has once again been named to the Tier One list for the Columbia region in the 2026 edition of Best Law Firms®.
This marks the 16th year the firm has been honored by Best Law Firms, a guide affiliated with The Best Lawyers in America®. In the 2026 edition, the firm earned Tier One recognition in the following practice areas:

In addition, Best Law Firms recognized Callison Tighe in Tier 2 for its work in Closely Held Companies and Family Businesses Law; Criminal Defense: White-Collar; Litigation – Mergers and Acquisitions; Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants; and in Tier 3 for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
To qualify for Best Law Firms recognition, at least one attorney in the firm must be listed in the same year’s edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Earlier this year, 10 Callison Tighe attorneys were included in the 2026 editions of The Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch®.
Those honored by The Best Lawyers in America were Woody Cleveland, Rick Detwiler, Ian Duggan, Jim Koutrakos, Louis Lang, Mike Tighe (retired, July 2025), Alex Weatherly, and Reece Williams. Koutrakos also received the publication’s top individual distinction, Lawyer of the Year, for Litigation – Real Estate.
The firm’s Ones to Watch honorees were Harry Dixon and Yani Mouratev, recognized among attorneys who have distinguished themselves within their first decade of practice.
